One of our strengths is being part of the largest and most influential civil society organizations in the world. We are proud to announce that the Mediterranean Youth Foundation for Development has been accredited as a permanent observer member of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). As a result of this permanent membership, the foundation is granted the right to nominate its representatives for all UNFCCC conferences, including the Conference of the Parties (COP), and to submit proposals and recommendations related to climate change negotiations to governments, corporations, and organizations. The Mediterranean Youth Foundation, as a youth-led, civil, Egyptian, and Mediterranean organization, is honored to be accredited as a permanent observer member of the UNFCCC. We look forward to enhancing the presence of Egyptian civil society on the regional and international stages.

فخورون/ات باعتماد مؤسسة شباب المتوسط للتنمية، كعضو مراقب دائم،في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ (UNFCCC).
وعلى أثر هذه العضوية الدائمة، تُمنح المؤسسة الحق في ترشيح ممثليها في جميع مؤتمرات UNFCCC بما فيها قمة الدول الأطراف COP وتقديم مقترحات وتوصيات متعلقة بعملية التفاوض بشأن تغير المناخ لتقديمها إلى الحكومات والشركات والمنظمات.
تعتز مؤسسة شباب المتوسط؛ باعتبارها مؤسسة شبابية، مدنية، مصرية، متوسطية، باعتمادها كعضو مراقب دائم في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغير المناخ (UNFCCC) ونتطلع إلى تعزيز تواجد المجتمع المدني المصري على الساحة الإقليمية والدولية.
