A day full of learning, interaction, and training. As part of the MYF Paid Internship Program – Second Cohort 2024,the team of the Mediterranean Youth Foundation organized a day of training for the employees and trainees to enhance their skills. The beginning of the day included a series of icebreaker activities and games to enhance interaction among the participants. This was followed by asking the trainees about their experiences during the first month, in an effort to improve and provide comfort for the trainees. The day covered the mechanisms of forming partnerships with governmental, regional, and international institutions, as well as common mistakes in networking. It also included an introduction to the European Union, its decision-making process, how institutions operate, and how to learn more about partnership and cooperation opportunities within the EU and how to benefit from them in the future. يومٌ مليء بالتعلم والتفاعل والتدريب

MYF Paid Internship Program – Second Cohort 2024
عقد فريق عمل مؤسسة شباب المتوسط يومًا لتدريب العاملين/ات والمتدربين/ات بالمؤسسة لإثقالهم/ن بالمهارات المطلوبة.
تضمنت بداية اليوم مجموعة من الأنشطة والألعاب لكسر الجليد وتعزيز التفاعل بين المشاركين/ات، ثم سؤال المتدربين/ات عن تجربتهم/ن خلال الشهر الأول، سعيًا للتطوير وتوفير سبل الراحة للمتدربين/ات.
تناول اليوم آليات عقد الشراكات مع المؤسسات الحكومية والإقليمية والدولية، علاوة على الأخطاء الشائعة في مجال التشبيك. أيضًا مقدمة حول الاتحاد الأوروبي، وآلية صنع القرار، وكيفية عمل المؤسسات، والتعرف على المزيد من فرص الشراكات والتعاون الأوروبي وكيفية الاستفادة منها في المستقبل.
