``Al-Arish Castle Revitalization`` Project 2025 is one of the most significant historical landmarks that embody the cultural identity of North Sinai, yet it has long suffered from neglect and disconnection from the local community.

The “Al-Arish Castle Revitalization” project emerges as a creative community response to this challenge. Led by local youth, this initiative aims to restore life to the castle through arts, sports, and non-formal education, transforming it into a space for cultural exchange, community pride, and creative expression.

The project is designed to empower young people with toolsfor community engagement, artistic creation, and cultural heritage preservation.
