The Mediterranean Initiative for Climate – 3rd Edition works on enhancing transparency
and environmental accountability through:

 Training civil society organizations and informal initiatives on monitoring
environmental violations.
 Empowering communities with environmental accountability through awareness
and practical strategies.
 Promoting transparency as a key step to protecting the environment and ensuring
the sustainability of our resources.
