Introduction

The Mediterranean Youth Foundation is committed to fostering a more equitable and inclusive society for youth and women across the Euro-Mediterranean region. Established in 2018, MYF recognizes the vital role that gender equality plays in achieving sustainable development and social justice. Our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) serves as a comprehensive framework designed to address the challenges faced by women and marginalized groups in our communities.
In light of the persistent gender disparities that hinder progress in social, economic, and political spheres, the GEP outlines our strategic objectives to promote gender equity across all levels of our organization and programming.
