On the sidelines of his participation in the Third International Gathering of the Rule of Law Youth Network (RoLYN), as part of the 23rd edition of the University on Youth and Development (UYD) held in the Spanish city of Mollina, Youssef Aroog, Co-President of the Mediterranean Youth Foundation for Development, facilitated a workshop aimed at equipping participants with essential skills for effective communication in both professional and personal environments. He also highlighted the importance of building social capital and shed light on 15 common mistakes people often make during networking. This international gathering is organized by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe within the framework of the PEACE YP project: Enhancing Euro-African cooperation to promote youth participation for peace. The project benefits from financial support provided by Malta, Portugal, and Spain, with the backing of the EU-Council of Europe Joint Programme ‘South Programme V’ titled ‘Protecting Human Rights, Rule of Law, and Democracy through Shared Standards in the Southern Mediterranean’.

علي هامش مشاركته في التجمع الدولي الثالث لشبكة شباب سيادة القانون (RoLYN) في إطار الدورة الثالثة والعشرين لجامعة الشباب والتنمية (UYD)” المنعقدة في مدينة مولينا الإسبانية، يوسف عروج، الرئيس المشارك لمؤسسة شباب المتوسط يقوم بتييسير ورشة عمل لتزويد المشاركين/ات بالمهارات الأساسية اللازمة للتواصل بشكل فعال في كل من البيئات المهنية والشخصية، واكتشاف أهمية بناء رأس المال الاجتماعي، وتسليط الضوء على 15 خطأً شائعًا يرتكبها الأشخاص غالبًا أثناء التشبيك.
يتم تنظيم هذا التجمع الدولي من خلال مركز الشمال والجنوب التابع لمجلس أوروبا في إطار مشروع PEACE YP: تعزيز التعاون الأوروبي الأفريقي لتعزيز مشاركة الشباب/ات من أجل السلام، والذي يستفيد من الدعم المالي المقدم من مالطا والبرتغال وإسبانيا، بدعم من البرنامج المشترك بين الاتحاد الأوروبي ومجلس أوروبا “برنامج الجنوب الخامس” “حماية حقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون والديمقراطية من خلال المعايير المشتركة في جنوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط”.
