Youssef Aroog, Co-President of the Mediterranean Youth Foundation, is heading to Casablanca, Morocco, to participate in the Regional Youth Dialogue on the Role of Youth in the Arab Region in Promoting the Enjoyment of Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights. The event is organized by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights for the Middle East and North Africa, in collaboration with the National Human Rights Council in Morocco, and will take place from November 21 to 22, 2024. The Youth Dialogue aims to explore the role of youth in advocating for human rights, particularly in the economic, social, and cultural spheres. It will also address the challenges young people in the Arab region face in these areas. Additionally, it seeks to exchange experiences and strengthen cooperation among youth from various Arab countries to enhance their role in promoting these rights at the local and national levels. The dialogue serves as an opportunity for exchanging ideas and fostering collaboration among Arab youth in advancing their economic, social, and cultural rights.

يهدف الحوار الشبابي إلى استكشاف دور الشباب/ات في مناصرة حقوق الإنسان، خصوصًا في المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، والتعرف على التحديات التي يواجهها الشباب/ات في المنطقة العربية في هذه المجالات. كما يسعى إلى تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التعاون بين الشباب/ات من مختلف البلدان العربية لتفعيل دورهم/ن في تعزيز هذه الحقوق على مستوى المجتمعات المحلية والوطنية.
يعد الحوار فرصة لتبادل الأفكار وتعزيز التعاون بين الشباب/ات العربي في مجال حقوقهم/ن الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.
