“We are proud to have our membership accepted in the EU Youth Test affiliated with the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC). The EU Youth Test is a tool designed to ensure that the opinions of young people are taken into account when developing new policies in the European Union. Youth are often directly affected by policy decisions but are not adequately represented in the decision-making process. This test helps assess how proposed policies impact them, with the aim of promoting greater youth participation and ensuring that their needs and concerns are considered in political discussions at all levels of governance. It also includes public hearings to gather youth perspectives in Brussels. “EU Youth test”
هو أداة مصممة لضمان مراعاة آراء الشباب/ات عند تطوير السياسات الجديدة في الاتحاد الأوروبي، نظرًا لأن الشباب/ات غالبًا ما يتأثرون مباشرة بقرارات السياسة ولكنهم/ن لا يُمثلون بشكل كافٍ في عملية صنع القرار.
يساعد هذا الاختبار في تقييم كيفية تأثير السياسات المقترحة عليهم/ن، بهدف تعزيز مشاركة أكبر للشباب/ات وضمان أن احتياجاتهم/ن ومخاوفهم/ن يتم أخذها في الاعتبار في المناقشات السياسية على جميع مستويات الحكم. ويشمل جلسات استماع عامة لجمع آراء الشباب/ات في بروكسل.
